Shipping options:

Fireplaces, installation included: All materials are delivered free of charge by our installers.

Packages and Palletized Goods: Shipping via Freight Carrier (applies only to palletized goods such as chimneys and fireplace inserts):
Shipping is handled by DB Schenker or Dachser. Please be sure to provide your mobile or landline number when placing your order! The freight forwarder will always notify you of the delivery in advance. Delivery costs are curb-side delivery. The goods will be unloaded using a forklift.

Parcel shipping:

Items that can be shipped as packages due to their size and weight are shipped via our parcel delivery service.

Shipping costs:

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat rate of 19 EUR per order. For orders totaling 180 EUR or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Shipping within Germany is also free for fireplaces that require installation.

For shipments outside Germany, shipping costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Customers should inquire about shipping costs before placing an order.
